REP SEARCH PROGRAM: Conduct rep searches for each manufacturer and provide them with rep profiles in designated fields. Each profile indicates name, address, telephone, fax, e-mail, years established, number of salespeople, product lines handled, types of accounts serviced, and territories. Updated lists can be requested at any time during membership. UAMR CONSULTING PROGRAM: Our goal is to assist manufacturers in developing the highest producing rep network possible from coast to coast. Through this program, we talk with each individual rep group to determine if they meet key criteria for representing your products. We take the work of selecting reps out of your hands by making it our business to create a strong sales force for your company with reps who are professional, sell complementary lines, call on a good cross-section of target companies and, above all, are interested in a long-term relationship. We get directly involved by contacting Reps, sending your brochures, price lists and other sales-related material. Importantly, once you've selected the reps you like, we negotiate their commitment to you. We also advise you on other matters such as packaging, pricing marketing and contacts.
